A Yoga teacher training is for any student looking to deepen their practice and understanding of the history and practice of yoga as a complete system that encompasses not just asana but also the study of the mind, breath and spirit. This course aims to be fun, inspiring and interactive, integrating philosophical teachings and weaving in anatomy throughout the course — and is open to anyone who would love to learn more about Yoga. The course will equip you with all the skills you need to be an effective yoga teacher, from how to sequence postures and classes, to giving adjustments and communicating effectively. During the course you will have regular mentoring, feedback and support with Lisa, and upon graduation you will be able to register as a teacher through Yoga Alliance.
