Class guidelines
  • Wear loose comfy clothing to class
  • We recommend that you avoid eating for a least an hour and half before class
  • Please arrive early so you have a chance to get changed / prepare
  • If you dont have a mat most teachers will be able to provide one for you to borrow during the class
  • If you have any illness or injury then please speak to the teacher before the class begins
  • If you are pregnant then please tell the teacher at the beginning of the class
