I run closed meditation courses thus ensuring students systematically move through the chosen two meditation techniques over a course of 6 -7 sessions and may cover body stillness, breath awareness, inner observation, mantra and nada yoga. They aim to deepen each individual’s experience of meditation while gaining greater control of their thought processes.
Each session is for 1 hour consisting of two 25 minute sitting practices with pre and post meditation postures to prepare the body for sitting and releasing after sitting.
