Tina’s Yoga Story
Flow Yoga
Tina’s flow classes are dynamic, educational, explorative and playful. Her fluid sequences and attention to breath aim to bring you into a state of FLOW and leave you with a deep sense of ease, strength and connectivity.
Tina teaches regular morning and evening classes suitable for all levels at The Health House, The Steiner Academy, Revitalize Studios, Riverside Leisure Centre. See her website for full class timetable. http://www.tinajeffery.com
Yin Yoga
Tina also loves to balance out her strong vinyasa flow classes with yin. Yin is a deeply relaxing slow quiet style of yoga where seated or supine poses are held between 1 - 10 minutes. This allows the connective tissues to lengthen, hydrate and become more pliable and even stronger. Mentally, it gives you time to slow down, clear your mind, sit with your emotions and move into a deep relaxing meditation. Tina is sharing the practice one Friday of every month at the very cosy and calming
Health House in St Leonards, Exeter.
Aerial Yoga
Aerial Yoga is a wonderful playful way to explore yoga and fitness. Tina is running aerial yoga beginner courses and weekly aerial flow classes at
Revitalize Studios in Topsham on Wednesday evenings.

She is available for 1:1s and private classes. She also works with High Schools in Exeter offering Teen Yoga.

  • “As a teacher you are always a student and as a student you are always a teacher. I grow as a teacher with every class, student, exploration, and discovery on the mat and in my life. I am simply offering my part of the yoga conversation, as I know it now.”
